Over the past five years, Joe Baker has worked in a number of prestigious hotel restaurants, including Cityzen in Washington, DC; Las Canarias and Ostra on the San Antonio Riverwalk; and the iconic Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas, Texas. 

He set up the pastry department at the RK Group; helped open Texas Spice and Spoon Bar and Kitchen; and spent two years as a Chef Instructor at Le Cordon Bleu, Dallas. 

Additionally, Chef Baker has been featured twice in So Good… the magazine of haute patisserie; was a runner-up on Food Network’s Sweet Genius and King of Cones; and was a semi-finalist in the Starchefs.com 4th Annual International Pastry Competition in New York City.  He is now the proprietor of Joe the Baker, LLC, in Dallas Texas.

The winning bidder will receive an in-home demonstration on the making of Chef Baker's signature pastries.  All ingredients and small appliances will be provided by Chef Baker.  Expires September 30, 2015.
